Fee Schedules - your questions answered

I have received the same questions from several different dental offices lately on the use of Fee Schedules so I thought I would put this video together to show you the answers to the questions I have received.  If you are looking for more detailed information on using fee schedules in your office, refer back to the blog I wrote "Fee Schedules - The Method of Choice for PPO Plans" or "Fee Schedules or Write Off's - that is the question".

  1. Can you also attach the fee schedules thru the Office Manager; Maintenance; Reference; Insuranace. For example a Delta Premier Plan?

  3. Thanks so much for the info, very helpful! One question I have. Say we have 1000 patients with the ecsform claim type. Is there a way to change all to dx2007f at once, or do I have to go in by hand for every pt? Thanks.

    1. Yes, you can just go into the Definitions and edit the ecsform to dx2007f.
      Hope this helps

  4. One more question, we don't have the dx2007f available for selection, how would we go about getting it on? Thanks!

    1. You can add it into the Definitions. Go to the Office Manager > Maintenance > Practice Setup > Definitions, find the Claim Format in the drop down menu and then add it into the list.
      Hope this helps.
